Senior Events Producer - Hyde House

Location: Hyde House, Stow-on-the-Wold
Hours: 45 hours per week, 5 days a week over weekdays and weekends on a rota basis  
Annual Leave: 28 days (including Bank Holidays)
Salary: dependent on experience

Hyde House is offering a unique opportunity for someone with experience within the luxury hospitality sector to apply 5* service and hosting within a design led event space to achieve truly exceptional experiences for our customers at our Cotswolds venue.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team, someone with energy and excellent attention to detail, to lead our wedding & event team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service, an eye for detail and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Event production team by example to plan and execute seamless weddings and events throughout the planning process.

  • Working with the House Operations Manager and Event Operations Manager to work to event processes and procedures.

  • Liaising with Dearborn to implement efficiencies.

  • Proactively developing and enhancing our customer service and client journey.

  • Working with couples from beginning to end of their planning process, from enquiry to the wedding day including viewings, creating wedding function sheets, hosting planning meetings, organising tastings, hotel bedroom allocations, table plans and final invoicing.

  • Taking pride and care for the appearance of the venue.

  • Excellent knowledge of our products, services and facilities and forwarding thinking to continue product development.

  • Hosting viewings and planning meetings.

  • Being the first point of contact for customers and guests on-site, along with communication on email and over the phone and managing key client relationships.

  • Hosting couples, guests and suppliers.

  • Overseeing the 20-bedrooms onsite, including guest arrival and departure.

  • Working to event and office procedures.

  • Attending training sessions and meetings as required, including off site.

  • To have clear understanding of, and work to, the back office administrative procedures.

  • Understanding emergency protocol for the venue and adhering to Health & Safety procedures.

  • Responding to planning questions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assisting event delivery where required and acting as a key client point of contact.

  • Develop and oversee internal client events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in wedding event management/planning.

  • Exceptional customer service.

  • Pride and care in presentation and excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to work flexibly including weekends and evenings.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
