About the Role
What you’ll do…
Upkeep of the grounds, to include mowing the grass, watering, managing weed control, leaf raking and blowing
Seasonal lawn treatments
Assisting the team in ensuring the property looks fresh each day before clients arrive, with no sign of previous day’s activities
Maintain all equipment and machinery
Work within the company set health and safety guidelines
General maintenance around the site, such as painting, plumbing and carpentry
Support with most refurbishment snagging
Keeping up to date site compliance, fire alarm, legionella and emergency light testing
Daily checks of all rooms and spaces for maintenance issues and recording these in line with company SOPs
Opening and closing the site when required
Monitor energy usage and work with the House Operations Manage to control the controllables
About You
What we’re looking for…
To be a team player and happy to work alone as required
Working with hand tools and basic light machinery
Previous experience with maintenance or facilities
Plumbing, electrical and carpentry experience favourable
Comfortable working flexibly during the week and weekend
A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual.
