About the Role
What you’ll do…
To oversee the housekeeping department, supporting and leading a team of housekeepers
Taking pride and care for the appearance of the venue
Working closely with the team to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met and upheld
To ensure any guest requests are dealt with promptly
Oversee department recruitment and rotas
Working with our linen and cleaning suppliers to ensure relevant levels of stock as required
Overseeing the 9-bedrooms on site and reporting any maintenance issues
Understanding emergency protocol for the venue and adhering to Health & Safety procedures
